Step 2: Raise Funds

To kick off your fundraising, we’ve compiled some fundraising resources to help you get started. The funds you raise go directly to groundbreaking research and individualized care for sickle cell patients at CHOP.

Together, we can create a breakthrough for every child with sickle cell disease.

Step 3: Walk and Have Fun

Gather your family and friends for a morning of walking, cheering and celebrating your sickle cell warrior! Participants will check in at Citizens Bank Park, enjoy activities, cheer on sickle cell patients and get active during the ceremonial walk.

Throughout the morning, participants will meet characters, play on moon bounces, get their face painted and more. All are encouraged to browse the sweepstakes baskets and submit bids for the Silent Auction. Additional details for the Silent Auction will be shared soon!

Prior to the walk, a short program will announce total dollars raised, top fundraising teams and share updates from the CHOP Sickle Cell Center. For more information about the event day, check out our Frequently Asked Questions.
